Job Description/Responsibilities: 

Co-ordination between Clients, consultants & project team.

Working on Master tender specification and Rate analysis.

Negotiations with contractors, vendors etc.

Preparation of Project Budget, Time Schedule, Cash flow for Successful

Completion of the project etc.

Turnkey Interior

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have good oral and written communication skills in English 

Should be confident, self motivated with a go-getter attitude.

Ability to think logically.

Should have good attitude towards work.

Ability to create credibility of trustworthiness.

Candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in any Industry. 

Should be computer savy and capable of scouting foreign vendors for supply of  capital equipment.  

Qualification:

UG – B.E or Diploma in Civil Engineering

PG – Not Specified.

Minimum Experience:

5  years.

Maximum Experience:

7 years.

Compensation Offered:

Rs.10, 000/- to Rs. 15,000/- + incentives per month
